FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Delivery cost are dependant on the size of your order and the speed in which you require it. The delivery charge is worked out and shown at the end of your transaction before you pay.
We currently accept Cash and Card within the shop. On the website you can securly pay by Visa Debit, Mastercard or Paypal.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day if ordered before 2pm. First Class should take between 1 - 2 working days , and Second Class 3 - 5 working days.
All payments made to this website are secured and encrypted. Please ensure there is the padlock symbol at the start of the address bar when entering your card details. If you really don't want to pay online then you may also send a request through the contact form with the items you would like and the best times to call you (must be within opening hours), so we can take payment over the phone.
After you place your order, you will receive an email from one of our team confirming your purchase. Your products will then be then picked, carefully packed and labelled. Packages are sent out daily and cut off point for placing your order is 2pm for sending out that day. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your purchase, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and try to rectify the issue as quick as possible.
Invoices are printed and placed inside the package with your ordered items.
I need to return my items. What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return your item from the day of purchase. All items must be in original condition and packaging unless item is faulty. Please contact us via email or phone before you send items back stating your name, address, invoice number, and reason for return. Apon receiving the returned stock, we will refund or replace your item withing 7 working days.
